Summer’s End Singles
Where Bowlers CLASH for CASH!
Eligibility: Only Amateur, PBA50 / PBA60 bowlers are eligible. USBC rules and regulations govern tournament play.
Tournament Overview
- Tournament runs 4 weeks: Saturdays and Sundays.
- Qualifying dates: Aug 8–9, Aug 15–16, Aug 22–23, and Aug 29. Finals Aug 30.
- Two shifts daily: 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
- Maximum 90 entrants per shift.
- Divisions: Scratch and Handicap.
- Top 20 in each division cash.
Qualifying Rounds
- Qualifying dates: Aug 8–9, Aug 15–16, Aug 22–23, and Aug 29.
- Each entrant bowls 5 games across 10 lanes.
- Division is determined by highest qualifying position.
- If tied between divisions, Scratch takes precedence.
- Standings are fluid each shift.

Daily Winners
Daily winners in each division:
- 1st Place: $200
- 2nd Place: $100
Average / Handicap Rules
- Use highest USBC average from the last 2 years, minimum 21 games.
- If no USBC average is available, 230 will be used.
- Handicap = 90% of 230.
Finals Format — Aug 30 @ 12:00 PM
Roll-off: Seeds #5–#8 bowl 1 game. Winner becomes the #5 seed for the step ladder.
- Match 1: #5 vs #4
- Match 2: Winner vs #3
- Match 3: Winner vs #2
- Match 4: Winner vs #1
Note: No-show step ladder participants are placed at the bottom of final step-ladder standings, with remaining bowlers moving up.
